HAITI EARTHQUAKE 2021 RELIEF UPDATE
On August 14th 2021, Haitians experienced a 7.2 magnitude earthquake that took the lives of more than 2,200 people, and left over 12,000 injured. Hundreds are still unaccounted for.
50,000 homes were destroyed, leaving untold numbers of families and individuals homeless. Our partners in Haiti are working around the clock to help with medical care for the injured and temporary placements for those who lost their homes.
I’m pleased to report this week we have loaded and shipped two 40-foot shipping containers which are on their way to Haiti right now. These containers are filled with medical supplies, including drapes, gowns, surgical kits, orthopedic supplies, exam gloves, medical baby cribs, blankets, cases of hand sanitizer and much more.
Our Haiti earthquake relief efforts are ongoing. You can make a financial donation online by clicking here, or by sending a check to PO Box 645 Concord, VA 24538.
Or, I invite you to shop our “Help for Haiti” Amazon Wish List. When you buy from the wish list, the items are shipped directly to our warehouse, where our team will make sure they are included on containers headed to Haiti.
Also, please join us in prayer over the shipments and safe delivery of these containers – that they would be a blessing to those surrounded by devastation because of this earthquake. There is power in prayer!
